My
name is Nelson Kok.
I am a Malaysian, and a freelance certified Consultant Trainer.
I have worked for 33 years; of which 27 years are in the area of Training, Learning and Development. More information about my trainer profile can be found on my other website http://nelsonkok.com
I design and custom-made training solutions for organizations that have specific training needs. I also conduct customized intercultural qualification and tembuilding measures for multinational teams, expatriates, and executives re-located to South East Asian (ASEAN) countries.
Currently, I am based in Penang, Malaysia but I travel widely all over Malaysia,
Brunei, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, United Arab Emirates (U.A.E), Oman, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (K.S.A) and Sudan for training assignments. Below are some of the clients I served. (Click on the image to view the entire list of clients).

The traditional physical Instructor-Led Training (ILT) is still the best method to deliver training programs. However, due to the pandemic situation like the Covid-19 pandemic, travel restriction and social distancing requirements make ILT delivery method no more viable.
To overcome this restrictions, I have also switched to conduct training online. I worked on delivering training using the Blended eLearning (BeL) method. I also created another website called My Blended Elearning Dot Com (MyBE in short) for my clients to access to.
