iNTRODUCTION :

The ability to solve problems and make rational decisions is the fundamental excellence of every successful leader. In any improvement processes, leaders need to know where they stand, what the situation and issues really are, before any decisions or solutions can be proposed.  Using a rational and systematic analytical process helps people resolve business issues effectively.  Analytical Method provides leaders a set of rational processes - - Situational Analysis (SA), Problem Analysis (PA), Decision Analysis (DA) and Potential Problem Analysis (PPA) which were proven and recognized worldwide to be the ‘Best-Known-Method’ for problem solving and decision making.  These rational & logical processes have been adopted successfully in hundreds of organizations, large, mid-sized, and small; by top executives, middle managers, and hourly workers; in profit and non-profit organizations and government agencies; across industries and functions; all over the world.

When employees of a company follow these Analytical Methods, the results are powerful; increased quality, improved efficiency, and lower costs.  Used in teams, it helps people tap into the know-how of individuals, develop consensus, gain commitment, and resolve issues fast. Everyone is on the same wavelength, using a common approach and language, and works towards the same goal, regardless of background or expertise.  This training program examines a step-by-step analytical process for accessing situations, identifying and solving problems, producing results. Included are tools appropriate for moving through each step of the process.  It is fast-paced and interactive, with group discussions, case studies, and analytical exercises.  This training program is a must all leaders or team members who need to analyze situations, solve problems, make sound decisions that make things happens in their workplace and life.
